BIOGRAPHY

George Zombakis serves as the Assistant Director for Professional & Corporate Programs at the Glasscock School of Continuing Studies.  He supports program development by assisting instructors and collaborative partners as they create and deliver relevant and timely curriculum for participants. He engages with students seeking to develop new skills to meet the evolving demands of today’s workforce so they can advance their careers across a range of industries and disciplines. Outside of work, George enjoys exploring the diverse multicultural scene of Houston.  George joined the Staff Council in 2023 and looks forward to helping Rice staff discover the variety of learning opportunities that exist across campus.
