BIOGRAPHY

Gary is a Program Manager at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders, bringing two years of experience in managing and optimizing leadership development programs for students at Rice University. His work involves strategic planning, day-to-day operations, and building efficient systems to support the Institute's mission. With a CAPM certification and a passion for project management, Gary excels in creating and managing impactful initiatives.

In addition to his role at the Doerr Institute, Gary is a practicing coach working towards ICF certification through the Doerr Institute’s CoachRICE program. In 2024, Gary joined the Staff Council, where he aims to foster community and create opportunities for Rice staff.
