BIOGRAPHY

Gary Garrett serves as Assistant Director of Programs at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University. In this role, he oversees the operations of two distinct program areas: the Institute's student leader development initiatives and CoachRICE, its suite of professional coach education and training programs. Gary is responsible for the systems and processes that keep both programs running effectively, supporting the Institute's broader mission of developing leadership capacity among Rice students and advancing leader development as a field within higher education.
