BIOGRAPHY

Elaine Chang is the Program Administrator of the Center for Teaching Excellence. She plans and coordinates logistical aspects of all CTE events, including planning and monitoring annual budgets. She also provides support to faculty, staff and students as related to the CTE. She joined staff council in 2024 and hopes to promote staff advocacy and support professional growth.
