BIOGRAPHY

Avery Franklin is a Media Relations Specialist for the university. In this role, she manages media contact and creates content such as articles, news releases, and expert alerts for professors, fellows, and researchers across campus. She joined Staff Council in 2022 to further engage with the community as well as provide advocacy and support for Rice staff.
