Alisha Lara is the Operations Coordinator at the Baker Institute for Public Policy, where she fosters a welcoming and collaborative environment for faculty, staff, students, and visitors. In her role, she works closely with the Director of Operations and Building Operations Manager to support daily operations, including facilities and building access, deliveries, room reservations, vendor coordination, supplies, signage, and event support. Known for her positive spirit and passion for bringing people together, Alisha enjoys creating opportunities for colleagues to connect, celebrate one another, and build a strong sense of community.
