BIOGRAPHY

Rochelle Bass Salazar became a proud Owl in March 2017 and is the OwlConnect Program Manager. She joined the Staff Council in 2021 and as a new member, she is looking forward to giving back to the Rice community in a meaningful and positive way while also fostering new relationships and expanding her network across campus.
